Because i honestly see no good reason NOT to do something like this...
After a bit of lurking around, i stumbled upon this meme and thought to go ahead and give it a crack. I've stated in a previous journal entry that when i first started drawing, my art wasn't fantastic, so to show others (and perhapes more importantly myself) how far I've come, i went looking for my old sketches. Sadly, the scanner is not working at all, so i had to use one of the sketches i already uploaded onto my laptop. This one could very well be the earliest one, so it got the speed-paint treatment.
Now that its done, its surprised me just how far its gone... i knew its evolved over time, but i say, its one hell of an eye-opener...
The character is Buck Bumble from the N64. T'was a kick-ass game and i absolutely loved it as a kid. I mean, a bee operative with guns going on a mission to destroy a entire army of mutated android-like insects? HELL YEAH, SIGN ME UP FOR THAT!
